It is a service launched by ZainCash that enables its subscribers to pay bills or settle part of them easily, anytime and anywhere — such as electricity bills and the housing fund bills.

You can file a complaint by following these steps:

  • Go to the "Applications & Forms" section on the official website.
  • Select the "Govt Bill Payment Dispute" from the available list.
  • Fill out the form accurately and completely with the required information.
  • Submit the form through the designated link for the complaint to be processed.

The complaint will be reviewed by the support team.

What is the fee for paying government bills via the ZainCash app?

Fees for paying government bills through the ZainCash wallet:

Minimum: 750 IQD
Maximum: 3,000 IQD, as determined by the Central Bank of Iraq
