Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
•    Manage customer issues in respect to the raised tickets and ensure handling such within identified SLA and as per process
•    Align with relevant departments to solve customer issue/ complain and report back to the customer, where applicable.     
•    Creating FAQs for the new services and share it with Management for approval.    
•    Contact customers for any required survey or inquires, where applicable.
•    Tele marketing ZC services and products to the customers and as per the guidance of senior customer care officer or relevant function management.    

Requirements:
Working Hours   

•    Night shift duration hours 
•    Shift might be changed as per business need.
Education
•    Bachelor’s degree is a requirement
Experience 
•    Fresh graduated 
•    Good Computer skills.
•    Microsoft office (Excel is a must)
•    Good understanding and writing of English language are a must
•    Good command of Kurdish language is a plus
