ZainCash is seeking a dedicated and focused Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical

Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

by providing efficient Technical Support and assistance.

 

 

Main Responsibilities and Duties

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Respond to technical inquiries and issues via various communication channels, including phone, email,
  • Ticketing system and chat, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our IT services and PC applications,
  • Familiar with Emails, outlook, and Printers.

 

 

Education and Trainings/Experience

  • a bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT related field.
  • 1 Year experience minimum in a customer support or Technical Support role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine desire to assist customers.
  • Familiarity with Computers, Internet, and Printers.
  • Proficiency in using ticketing systems.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Multilingual abilities are a bonus, but not mandatory.
