Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
by providing efficient Technical Support and assistance.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Respond to technical inquiries and issues via various communication channels, including phone, email,
- Ticketing system and chat, in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our IT services and PC applications,
- Familiar with Emails, outlook, and Printers.
Education and Trainings/Experience
- a bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT related field.
- 1 Year experience minimum in a customer support or Technical Support role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine desire to assist customers.
- Familiarity with Computers, Internet, and Printers.
- Proficiency in using ticketing systems.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Multilingual abilities are a bonus, but not mandatory.
