How to get a ZainCash Platinum Mastercard?

From the home screen, tap "My Cards" or "More" and select "Wallet CardDelivery."

On the Mastercard (WalletCard) interface, tap "Order it from the app." Your name will appear exactly as it will be printed on the card (First and Third name or Third and First), this is non-editable. Select "Platinum" as your card type and tap "Confirm."

Fill in your address details and tap "Confirm." Your order summary will appear, showing the total amount, estimated delivery time, and address.

Confirm the transaction by entering your PIN.

Note: The card fee is 50,000 IQD, with a delivery charge of 5,000 IQD.

How to activate Platinum Mastercard?

After activating the wallet, users will be able to activate their Platinum Mastercard by logging into the app and selecting 
1. Mastercard from Financial Services
2. Activate
3. Enter the card information:
• Mastercard serial number (the 9 digits on the back of the card)
4. Then click Confirm. You will receive a text message with the card's four-digit PIN code, which you can use when withdrawing from ATMs and payment terminals.

Does Platinum Mastercard work internationally?

You can activate international transactions for Platinum Mastercard by uploading your passport in ZainCash app.

What is the delivery time for Platinum Mastercard?

The delivery time for the card to Baghdad Governorate is (72 hours), while for the rest of the governorates it ranges from (3-5) working days.

What is the price of a Platinum Mastercard?

The card costs (50,000) Iraqi dinars and the delivery fee is 5,000 Iraqi dinars.

Can I have both a WalletCard and a Platinum Mastercard?

You cannot use two Mastercards at the same time. If you have a Mastercard, you must transfer funds from the card to your ZainCash wallet and then cancel the card before activating your Platinum Mastercard.
