How can I know the services the agent provide? Or how do I select the right agent to help me?
  • Go to the agents' map through the app
  • Select the governorate and the area 
  • Select the service that the agent is required to provide to you
  • Agents who can provide the service to you will be shown to you with their locations on the map
How can I find the nearest ZainCash agent or point of sale?

Open ZainCash app.
Select “More” from the main app interface.
Then choose “Find Nearest Agent”, and the nearest agent to your current location or residence will be identified.
 

An additional commission (cash) was taken when making a withdrawal!

To submit a complaint regarding additional charges by agents, please follow these steps:

  • Click on "Applications & Forms" at the bottom of our official website.
  • Select "Agent Complaint Form."
  • Follow the instructions and fill in the required information.

Your request will be reviewed, and you will be contacted accordingly.

When visiting one of the sales points or ZainCash agents, they refused to give me help!

Send your complaint to the ZainCash team via WhatsApp, including the following details:

  • Wallet number
  • POS location address
  • POS name
  • Date of visit
  • Complaint details
