You can transfer money through ZainCash app by following the steps below:
From the home screen, tap “Payments” and select “Send & Receive Money”.
From the transfer type list, choose “Transfer Money (ZainCash)”.
Enter the amount you want to transfer along with the recipient’s wallet number, then tap “Continue”.
The transaction details will appear; confirm the transfer by tapping “Send” and complete the process by entering your wallet PIN.
A successful transfer confirmation screen will appear, and a notification containing the details will be sent to the recipient.
From the home screen, tap “Payments”, select “Send & Receive Money”, then choose the transfer type “Transfer Money (Other Wallets)”.
Select the wallet type you want to transfer to (FastPay, AsiaPay, Nass Wallet), enter the wallet number, then choose “Individual” for customer transfers or “Merchant” for merchants.
Enter the amount you want to transfer and tap “Send”. Confirm the transaction by entering your wallet PIN, and the transfer will be completed successfully.
Transfer fee from individual wallets: 0.25%
Transfer fee to and from charitable wallets: 0.7%
The service operates in Iraqi dinars only, according to the instructions of the Central Bank of Iraq.
ZainCash is not responsible for erroneous transfers.
Please contact the party to whom you made the erroneous transfer. If they refuse to refund the funds, please provide us with a court order addressed to the Iraq Wallet Company, notifying the company to return the funds to you. The court order must include all the details of the erroneous transfer, as follows:
Sender's wallet number
Recipient's wallet number
Transaction number
Transaction date
Amount (in numbers and words)
