• Select your bank.
• Enter your client number (7 Numbers) which can be found in the account identity card, or the first 7 digits from the account. number, or in any received SMS from the bank when performing a cash-in or cash-out.
• You will receive an OTP, Please enter it.
• Make sure all of the information is correct.
• Confirm.

• Go to “Top-Up By Bank Account"
• Choose the Top-Up option
• Enter the amount you want to top-up, and enter your PIN
• You will receive an OTP, Please enter it
• Your top-up is done.

Open the Zain Cash app.

• Choose "Cash-out".
• Enter Agent Wallet Number / Short Agent Number.
• Enter the amount you wish to cash-out.
• Click Next.
• Enter your wallet PIN code, then confirm the transaction.
• You will receive an immediate notification & SMS of the completion of the cash-out and its details.

• Click on " Check Balance" in the main interface of the app.  
•  Enter the PIN code
