From the home screen, tap “More”, select “Manage Bank Accounts”, then choose “Add Your Account at the Iraqi National Bank”.
Select “Iraqi National Bank”, enter your 10-digit customer number, then tap “Continue”.
Enter the OTP verification code received via SMS, select the account you want to link, then tap “Next”.
A list of your registered bank information will appear; tap “Done” and the account will be linked successfully.
I have a problem linking my bank account with the ZainCash app?

Please send the complaint to ZainCash team via WhatsApp with the following required information:
1. Wallet number
2. First 10 digits of the bank account number
3. Bank account type (current, savings, etc.)
4. The displayed error message
5. Attempt date

After topping up your ZainCash wallet from your bank account, you can withdraw cash by visiting the nearest agent by following the steps below:
From the home screen, tap “Payments” and select “Cash Withdrawal”.
Point your phone camera at the agent’s QR code for automatic scanning, or use the agent map at the bottom of the screen to select the agent’s name.
Enter the amount you want to withdraw, then tap “Continue”.
Review the transaction details on the cash withdrawal confirmation screen, tap “Confirm”, then complete the process by entering your wallet PIN and selecting “Confirm”.
