  • Fill out the form accurately and completely with the required information.
  • Submit the form through the designated link for the complaint to be processed.

The complaint will be reviewed by the support team.

Current outstanding balance, which represents your post Runaki dues
Legacy debt, which represents your pre-Runaki dues

Can I pay in cash?

e-Psûle currently supports digital payments only. If you prefer to pay in cash, you may pay directly at biller offices.

How do I make a payment?

You can make a payment in 5 easy steps:
1- Select the biller you want to pay
2- Select the service you want to pay
3- Enter your unique account / bill number
4- Confirm and authorize the transaction
5- View and save your digital receipt

No automatic withdrawals are made from your account. Payments are processed only with your prior consent and authorization.
