Can I refund the transferred amount?

 

You can request a refund if the amount has not yet been received by the beneficiary.
To do so, please follow the steps below:
From the home screen, select “Payments”, then “Send & Receive Money”, choose the transfer type “Western Union”, then go to “My Transfers” and select the transfer you want to refund from the list.
Tap “Refund”, then “Confirm” the process and enter your wallet PIN. A confirmation screen will appear indicating that the refund has been completed and the amount has been credited back to your wallet.

 

Full refund (excluding the verification fee) | Up to 90 days after the transaction is processed:
Western Union will refund the full amount to the sender, including any fees and taxes.

 

Partial refund | After 91 days from the transaction processing date:
Western Union will refund only the principal amount to the sender.
 
Can I edit the receiver information after sending?

 

You can modify the recipient’s name only if the amount has not yet been collected by the recipient.
Add a new beneficiary with the desired name through “Add New Beneficiary”. Make sure the country matches the previous transfer. After saving, the request will be reviewed within 24 hours, and you can track its status from the beneficiaries list or notifications.
From the home screen, select “Payments”, then “Send & Receive Money”, choose the transfer type “Western Union”, and go to “My Transfers”.
Select the transfer for which you want to modify the recipient’s name, provided that the modification is partial.
Tap “Change Name” and select the newly added and previously approved beneficiary name from the dropdown list.

  3. A percentage calculation of the principal amount of the transfer in Iraqi dinars.
How will management fees appear?

These fees will appear separately in the Western Union interface directly while sending money through the ZainCash application.

Can the management fee be refunded when the transfer is refunded through the ZainCash application?

No, the management fee is not refundable.
